national ad campaign brochure
graphic designer
an informative, yet fun brochure highlighting the launch of the biggest marketing campaign in real estate.
this project combines data, stats, and imagery to create a beautifully tailored 12-page saddle stitch brochure.
i found this project to be an exciting journey as i was the sole designer working on this brochure, which served as one of the key messages for our brand for the year. the goal of the brochure was to be both informative and compelling, detailed yet not overstimulating, and packed full of reasons why homes.com is the up and coming portal in real estate. this task is easier said than done due to the large amount of visuals required to support the copy. in order to use this constraint as an advantage, i began creating sections or blocks of space for the text and imagery to live within, making it easier for the two to feel connected on the page. as in all print design, i created design systems and grids within the layout to help ensure the brochure would feel cohesive throughout. it was also important to me to find a way to create movement, direction, and depth within the piece in order to help guide readers along and keep them visually interested. i achieved this by following my design system and then adding upon it with gradients, shapes, textures, or drop shadows.
the work included: graphic design, print design, & final mock-ups
note: this project was produced at homes.com, and is the sole property of homes.com.
